Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, strategy, consulting, design, development, and marketing work:
- Payments for completed work are non-refundable.
- Monthly retainers are non-refundable once the service period has begun.
- Refunds, if applicable, are granted solely at Digi Atomic’s discretion or as specified in a written agreement.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Digi Atomic retains ownership of all work until invoices have been paid in full.
- Upon full payment, ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to the client.
- Digi Atomic retains ownership of its internal processes, methodologies, frameworks, templates, software, automation workflows, and proprietary systems.
Clients retain ownership of materials they provide to Digi Atomic.
Portfolio Rights
Unless restricted by a written confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement (NDA), Digi Atomic reserves the right to showcase completed work, including websites, branding, marketing campaigns, and case studies, in its portfolio and promotional materials.
Third-Party Platforms
Many of our services rely on third-party platforms and software, including but not limited to:
- Meta
- GoHighLevel
- OpenAI
- CRM providers
- Email service providers
- Analytics platforms
- Website hosting providers
Digi Atomic is not responsible for:
- Platform outages
- Account suspensions
- Changes to third-party policies
- API limitations
- Service interruptions
- Pricing changes made by third-party providers
Clients are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of any third-party platforms they use.
No Guarantee of Results
While Digi Atomic applies industry best practices and proven strategies, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes.
We do not guarantee:
- Search engine rankings
- Advertising approval
- Lead volume
- Sales volume
- Revenue increases
- Return on investment (ROI)
- Website traffic
- Social media growth
Marketing performance depends on numerous factors outside our control, including competition, market conditions, customer behavior, platform algorithms, and client implementation.
Confidentiality
We treat client information as confidential and take reasonable measures to protect it.
We will not disclose confidential client information except:
- With the client’s authorization.
- When required by law.
- When necessary to deliver agreed-upon services through trusted service providers.
Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
